Madécasse makes dark chocolate in Madagascar and The Chocolate Room is all about decadent chocolate creations. Besides chocolate, we share a commitment to make a positive impact on cocoa farmers. We’re working together to provide a cocoa cooperative with:

• Higher prices for cocoa
• Stable market for crops
In April 2009, The Chocolate Room and Madécasse hosted an educational tasting about chocolate making, from tree to bean to bar. All proceeds were used to provide a start-up loan to Ezaka (ayzaka), a cocoa cooperative in the Sambirano Valley of
