The Chocolate Room offers one of the most extensive ranges of artisanal chocolate bars you'll find anywhere. Local New York City brands, like Fine & Raw, Mast Brothers, and our own TCR label. As well as the best, hand-selected varieties, from ki'Xocolatl, to Madécasse, to Bonnat, to Pacari. These companies use the world's best cocoa beans and create their chocolate without any artificial preservatives or additives, leaving you with the finest flavors and aromas. Single origin cocoa beans are selected from the worlds most exquisite cocoa plantations. The beans are sent to the 125-year-old Bonnat family owned and operated facility in Voiron, France. Here the beans are carefully roasted and produced into outstanding bars of the world’s best cocoas.
