After submitting the form:
Managers are automatically notified of your request.
- Requests are reviewed based on operational needs, fairness, and past time-off history.
- Managers update the request’s status (Pending →Approved or Denied) in the internal scheduling system.
Once a status is selected, you will receive an email with the decision and the dates involved.
