| It’s December! And that means holiday time for us in the chocolate world. After twenty years of business, we’ve gotten adept at the rhythms of the holidays, and all the necessary steps towards making it a delicious success. From creating new holiday flavors to ordering supplies, figuring out packaging needs to fulfilling orders, every hour is filled. We’re very grateful for the opportunity to share favorites from the past and introduce new items as well! Jon has decorated the shop with beautiful poinsettias, and pine, as he does every year to create a warm, welcoming, cozy space to enjoy time and decadent treats with loved ones. |

| Winter brings wonderful flavors back to our menu. We’re offering our infamous Chocolate Stout Gingerbread through the holidays. For anyone who is a gingerbread fan, this treat will take you to new heights, with the slightly tangy flavor of the Chocolate Stout infused with warming spices and a moist, rich cake. For a heavenly experience we’ll warm it for you with a scoop of our homemade pumpkin ice cream! Speaking of flavors! If you’ve not tried Pumpkin Ice Cream, ours should be your first! The perfect blend of pumpkin, cream and spice have made this “the best ice cream” at TCR, according to many of us on staff. Missed ordering our Pecan Pie for Thanksgiving? Not to worry! We offer Pecan Squares year round, both in the shop and online! We’ve infused pecans with chocolate to create the greatest of all pecan pies! If you’ve tried it, you know what we’re talking about. Nutty, and gooey, this treat is out of this world. It was so popular as a pie when we first sold it for Thanksgiving, our guests asked us to make squares year round, so we do! December brings cooler temperatures which means hot chocolate! We offer Classic Milk Chocolate, Dark, Spiced Dark and White Hot Chocolates. All made with Belgian chocolate French cocoa powder and a touch of sugar, these hot chocolate will warm your soul! And hot chocolate asks for homemade marshmallows! Our homemade marshmallows are little bundles of fun. Floating atop our velvety hot chocolates, you can’t help but smile, and as it melts, you’ll love the rich and decadent flavors. |

December also brings holiday bonbons! This year we’re excited to share our Hot Toddy, Roasted Pear Chestnut, and Cranberry Orange Spice. Hot Toddy is dark chocolate infused with Brooklyn’s Kings County Distillery’s Chocolate Whiskey, citrus and cinnamon. These bonbons will be available to customize your bonbon boxes or available in our Holiday Box. We’re bringing back a good friend, and master chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt’s delicious bonbons in a four piece box which includes favorite holiday flavors: Eggnog, Mulled Wine, Gingerbread and Candy Cane. And if you love eggnog, we've mixed it with Bourbon in our featured ice cream! Candy cane dark chocolate bark, and gingerbread holiday cookies are back! |
